The Esther M. Klein
Art Gallery is pleased to present the art work created by Philadelphia
school students who took part in the Art Outreach Program during
the 2002-2003 season.
Students visit the Klein Gallery throughout the year to participate
in free creative art workshops that include a special gallery
tour and discussion of gallery exhibits. The Klein Gallery employs
local professional artists to lead art workshops that are designed
to specifically relate to the exhibit on display during each
school visit.
Students from all areas of the city are invited to take part
in Klein Gallery workshops. The Klein Gallery is able to reach
out to the more underserved communities by providing round-trip
bus transportation that makes the Art Outreach Program one of
the few completely accessible
community outreach programs in the city. |
